The Pajero is a great 4x4 and comes with many goodies like Digital Dual climate control, Air-con, Massive Sun roof, Cd player/stereo, 4x electric windows, central locking, electric adjustable and folding chrome mirrors, digital compass, full tool kit (see photo) towbar, original Mitsubishi torch and a rubber boot mat etc etc. This is a later model MK2 with the drivers air bag. As you can see, my Pajero has a nice chrome looking wheel cover and a Jao`s bull bar and spotlights (see photo`s). The bull bar is not fitted to the Pajero but is included in the sale, so you can fit it or sell it yourself on Ebay!!! My Pajero has been serviced by myself and the Engine is strong with no knocks, rumbles and benefits from a cam chain, not a cambelt like the 2.5 TD Pajero`s. The auto box is smooth and changes through all the gears effortlessly as is the super select 4 wheel drive system. All tyres have good tread and plenty of miles left in them. The Pajero has only done 57500 miles (speedometer displays 92453km`s) This will rise slightly as im still using it for work. The Pajero will come with a FULL MOT and this 4x4 is NOT one of the expensive types to tax. This Pajero is not the usual rubbish you see on ebay or autotrader, this is a genuine great car. Im very reluctanly selling this truck as we now need 2 cars and unfortunatly i wont get much for the wife and kids so the Pajero has to go instead!! Theres a few holes underneath, top of the suspension strut needs seeing to aswell The rest of the things it failed on were all things (im pretty sure) that can be done yourself, had the mechanic at the time highlight all the `DIY` bits and that was the most of it. The car itself runs a beauty, good engine, really nippy, overall its a proper nice car. It`s been lowered i`d say 60mm RIGHTEO...from the pix you can see that there is rust appearing round the arches, apart from that theres a couple small dents and a tiny scuff on the front bumber, HOWEVER the boot, as you can see from the pictures is in a bit of a shape, we removed the spoiler (thought it was the only part i could salvage back my money) BUT, i`m willing to throw in the spoiler for £50 extra, see the photo with the spoiler on to see what you think. IGNORE the wheels in a couple of the pictures, they will not be the ones on the car if you buy, i`ll hand them over to the buyer easily though just for an extra set. imported into the UK in April 2004 but declared manufactured and first registered in 1997 so she genuinely carries a very interesting R Registration, you will find it very hard to find one of these on an R Reg, it`s the first one I`ve come across! Mileage is in Kms and is currently showing 151651 which equates to 94231 miles. MOT expires March 30th 2011 Tax expires 30th Sept 2010 Fitted with a Toad Moon 453 Thatcham Catagory 1 approved alarm immobiliser with written installation confirmation from Brindley Mitsubishi. The vehicle comes with 2 sets of keys and two alarm immobiliser keyfobs. As you can see she is in very good condition throughout. This car up until recently belonged to a very good friend of my partner who owned it for the last 3 years and I must say is a credit to both them and the previous owners, very well kept indeed. Ok lets start with all the parts and work that has just been carried out by myself. New Cylinder head, Water pump, Thermostat, Front and Rear brakes just been fitted, 2 new batteries and it has recently had a complete full exhaust system fitted. She has just had a full professional valet including full T cut and body wax. Bodywork As I said earlier this car is quite rare including the colour, the paint codes tell me it`s Thurston Grey over Hamilton Silver and I`ve certainly not seen it before, but it works well and it`s extremely glossy. The body itself is fantastic with only one very small dink on the bonnet and one or two of the bumper corners have very light scuff marks, very light but need mentioning, the rear chrome bumper also has a dink on the right side. Interior The light grey cloth interior as I said has just been valeted and is immaculate to say the least, the drivers seat has very early signs of wear but given the milage is more than acceptable. This Pajero is a later Mk2 so has the improved split rear seating arrangement allowing for better passenger/load management.This Pajero also has the later steering wheel with driver airbag. Engine & Gearbox Wow! this car drives awesome this is the later 4m40 EDC 2.8, basically she has electronic pump as opposed to the earlier mechanical pump, the difference is unbelievable, so much more responsive and quicker than the earlier models, also this one is chain driven so no belts to worry over. She drives exceptionally well indeed, and sounds healthy too, if you have driven any diesel pajeros before you will be in for a big shock when you drive this one! me personally would go as far to say I have not driven a MK2 this nice. The gearbox has smooth gear changes and the overdrive is working, I have tested the Super Select 4wd and all is working fine as are all the corresponding warning lights. Extras This exceed is pretty much standard but she has had aftertmarket 16" alloys fitted with excellent Bridgestone Dueller HT tyres all round, a very nice sounding high powered kenwood cd player fitted, Towbar with twin electrics, and the odd bit of wood trim fitted inside. Right folks being a 13 year old car there will be some niggles I just want to point them out NOW for you so you don`t come and say:- "Well you never mentioned that mate" The aircon is operating and is quite cold but i reckon it would benefit from a re-gas, the wheel cover has a split on both sides, as previously mentioned one small dink on the bonnet and one on the rear bumper chrome, and the sunroof is not operating, when you press the switch you can hear the motor but no movement, it can still be opened manually though, all of this is just silly stuff but needs mentioning. Overall as you can see a very presentable truck in a very nice rare colour combo, it comes unmodified in pretty much it`s standard state and she appears and drives straight too, it`s now just waiting for it`s new owner to love and cherish her. I dare say you have probably already looked at a few of these cars and if you have, you have probably seen some rough ones out there, have a break and come and have a look at a decent one, you will not be disappointed. Air con, slight paint damage to front nearside bumper and petrol cover paint damaged, very reliable car, reluctant sale, new caravan forces me to sell as I need to buy a car to tow the caravan with. The passenger side mirror, when the alarm is activated the mirror slides up, when it is deactivated it does not return and has to be done by hand, I call this 2 clicks as that is what you have to do the return it to its driving position. The driver seat is worn at the bottom, I think this has been caused by the button on the back trouser pocket. The right indicator seems to be a bit tempromental, I have been told it is probably just a bulb.
